Target’s been in America’s hot seat for a while now. During this year’s “pride” month, the retailer outraged Americans when they tried to sell transgender-themed clothing to children. The backlash forced Target to hide most of their “pride” offerings, as they lost market value.

But if you think a silly old boycott is enough to de-woke a corporation, these days, think again.

The retail chain used by millions of Americans is apparently run by the wokest of the woke. Target was set to sell conservative commentator Mark Levin’s latest book. It was sure to be a best-seller, bringing in big bucks for the store. But apparently, Target cares more about being Big Brother than turning a profit.

Levin said on Twitter Wednesday that Target told his publisher, Simon & Schuster, that “certain customers might be offended by the title” of his book.

Wow. Talk about unchecked censorship. Yes, a title like “The Democrat Party Hates America” is pretty strong. There are probably many people, including Democrats, who would take offense at such a title.

But there’s this not-so-little thing in America called free speech. Levin has just as much right to title his book that, as a Democrat has the right to call Republicans “domestic terrorists” online.

Yet only one side of the political spectrum is routinely censored for its views–and it ain’t the left!

Target claimed that Levin’s book would “be offended” by the book. So, don’t buy it. Target apparently wants to be a “safe space” for limp-wristed babies who can’t stomach opinions different than theirs.

The retail chain seems to think its job is to police speech, much like Orwell’s Big Brother of 1984. I wonder if Target bothers to sell that book? There is plenty that would offend customers in it!

Why not take down everything that might possibly offend customers from Target stores, eh? Let’s remove the meat, so as not to offend vegans. Let’s remove the Bibles, so we won’t offend atheists. Let’s remove the diapers and strollers, so we won’t offend people who don’t have kids.

Hmm… why don’t we just remove Targets altogether? Replace them with stores that aren’t so un-American?
