White House Press Sec Just Got Blindsided – White House Boss Faces Constitutional Lawsuit

What’s Happening:

Joe Biden continued his assault against opposition voices when he created new rules to shut down a loud voice speaking against him at the White House. Biden and the lackeys in his media staff can’t handle people who won’t bow down to their demands to stop questioning the administration’s actions.

Apparently, Biden and crew don’t understand the Constitution and why it protects individual rights. Biden’s people decided they didn’t want to deal with a certain reporter and changed rules to boot him. Now the administration faces a lawsuit intended to hold Biden accountable to the people… like the Constitution states.

From Fox News:

In his suit filed Thursday, African journalist Simon Ateba argues that the White House policy for revoking press access violates the First and Fifth Amendments of the Constitution. President Biden’s White House announced new rules in May that – for the first time – allowed for rescinding a press badge.

The lawsuit states that the defendants, White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre and the Secret Service, purposely changed the rules to “specifically designed to exclude Mr. Ateba from eligibility” and that is a violation of the First Amendment.

A hard press pass allows journalists to freely visit the White House briefing room and press area. Without it journalists must request from the White House a day pass for a specific day. This leaves room to deny a pass.

Ateba has been the center of attention in previous White House briefings when he vocally complained about not getting to ask questions. He has not been afraid to loudly and publicly criticize the press secretary and the president. He also made claims of discrimination against him and other journalists the White House doesn’t like.

“This is not China. This is not Russia. What you are doing, you’re making a mockery of the First Amendment,” Ateba said at the time.

We hope Ateba wins this lawsuit and is granted a hard press pass quickly. Like him or not, the president and his press staff need to understand that the Constitution allows for harsh criticism of the administration, its policies, and its actions. If Biden and his gang can’t handle the heat, they should call it quits instead of acting like they can run the country as a third-world dictatorship.

Key Takeaways:

  • White House press secretary faces constitutional lawsuit.
  • Journalist cries foul after rule change kills his press access.
  • Lawsuit points to Biden and team violating First Amendment.
