Donald Fires Off Executive Order At Voter Fraud Commission Who Blocked Him

President Trump swore that after his election as president he would look into voter fraud. He said that 3-5 million people had voted illegally in the 2016 election.

And, true to his word, when he became president one of his first orders of business was to create the Election Integrity Commission. They were put together to investigate voter fraud and collect voter data from all fifty states.

But when many states refused to give up the data the commission requested, it made it nearly impossible to continue the investigation.

Needless to say, our Commander in Chief wasn’t too happy about it, so he decided to take matters back into his own hands.

President Trump announced late Wednesday that he had disbanded his controversial “election integrity” commission and blamed a refusal by more than a dozen states to provide what he called “basic information.”

“Rather than engage in endless legal battles at taxpayer expense, today President Donald J. Trump signed an executive order to dissolve the Commission, and he has asked the Department of Homeland Security to review its initial findings and determine next courses of action,” White House press secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement.

The commission, led by Vice President Mike Pence and Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, had asked all 50 states and the District of Columbia to hand over reams of personal voter data, including voters’ names, voting histories and party affiliations.

Multiple states — including Virginia, Kentucky, and California — as well as D.C. declined to comply with the commission’s requests.

President Trump was elected to drain the swamp and put a stop to the corruption that has led America down a path of self-destruction.  And with this executive order he did just that.

Many democrats are relieved that he put a stop to the commission, claiming it was a waste of time.  They say that it would never reveal anything of importance to the American people. When in reality they are trying to hide the truth from us by refusing to give up the data Trump requested.

Democrats may think that they won this battle. But, what they don’t realize is that after the president’s executive order, the investigation will continue, just more efficiently than before.

And, with the Department of Homeland Security now assigned to the task, a lot more information will come to light that democrats want to keep under wraps.

Let’s just hope that it all comes to light sooner rather than later.
