Democrats are skating on thin ice with these indictments of President Trump. They know their cases, especially the one put out by Biden’s DOJ, are flimsy. They are trying to condemn a former president for holding onto documents, something both Barack Obama and Joe Biden did.

Many Americans are convinced they are doing this just to make Trump look bad, so he’ll lose the 2024 Election.

That is probably why major media companies demanded that the rules be broken for this special case. They were salivating at the mouth to be present at the arraignment in Florida. But a federal judge shut down the liberal media’s scheme.

Magistrate Judge Jonathan Goodman denied a motion by various media companies to allow cameras inside the federal courthouse in Miami, Florida, for former President Donald Trump’s arraignment on Tuesday.

Okay, so Democrats in the media won’t be able to horn in on the court proceedings. That’s okay, because they will be hovering like vultures outside the courthouse, eager to snap a picture of Trump being dragged out of a police car, cuffed like a common thug, right? Right!?

As negotiations reach final stages, ABC News has learned from sources that former President Donald Trump is not expected to be handcuffed or be required to empty his pockets when he’s processed at the courthouse on Tuesday.

What!? The liberal media must be fuming right about now. Trump will not be handcuffed when he appears at the courthouse for his arraignment. Nor will police try empty his pockets like a common criminal.

This is a big loss for the left, which was doing this entirely to brandish Trump a criminal. We can’t predict whether these charges against Trump will stand. Some experts believe they are flimsy at best. They could get thrown out, along with the case in New York.

Democrats’ entire scheme hinged on making Trump look as bad as possible. A picture of him in handcuffs–or getting blasted by a prosecutor during the trial–would have been used by Biden’s campaign in every ad from now until the election.

But the left is being deprived of these things… defeating the very purpose of this case.
