Trump Just Revealed 2 Historic Events – Donald’s Supporters Are Already Cheering

As it stands, Donald Trump is in the lead to win the GOP presidential nomination. In the coming weeks, there is a good chance he’ll grab enough delegates. Soon enough, he will be setting his sights on the general election.

It’s clear that this election will be unlike any other. If Trump wishes to defeat Joe Biden, he will have to come up with strategies few Republicans would have considered in previous years.

That, perhaps, includes reaching out to states that would have been otherwise unreachable. But with Biden’s policies hurting many coast-to-coast, there could be a prime opportunity. It seems Trump thinks so because he is considering rallies in the last place you’d expect.

From The Post Millennial:
On Sunday, former President Donald Trump floated the idea of doing a rally in the Bronx, and Madison Square Garden because he thinks New York and other traditionally blue states “can be flipped” to vote for him.

“New York has changed a lot in the last two years. We have migrants all over the street, they are living on Madison Avenue. Nobody can believe what has happened to New York.”

“The people of New York are angry,” the former president added.

Defying expectations once again, Trump revealed he was considering holding campaign rallies in the Bronx, a borough of New York City. And he even might hold a rally in Madison Square Garden, an iconic venue in Manhattan.

While New York has seen plenty of Republican leadership over the years, it has been a long time since a GOP presidential candidate has won it. But Trump said there is a chance he can flip the state, given the struggles it is facing.

He said New Yorkers “are angry” over the migrant crisis that has hit the city. Trump said the city has “changed a lot” thanks to the thousands of illegal aliens that have flooded it. He even claimed that there are migrants “living on Madison Avenue.”

To be sure, the migrant crisis in New York is unsustainable. Mayor Eric Adams has warned about it repeatedly, but he appears unwilling to remove the migrants from the city. Other New York Democrats, like Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, have made a case for blue cities to spend money supporting migrants.

However, residents have been protesting the crisis. It seems more and more liberal voters in New York are outraged that their city has become overtaken by migrants. Could this be an opportunity for Donald Trump and the GOP?

He seems to think so. But I guess we’ll have to wait and see what he does.

Key Takeaways:

  • Donald Trump suggested he was going to host rallies in the Bronx and Madison Square Garden.
  • He believes New York can be flipped, due to outrage over the migrant crisis.
  • Trump said New Yorkers are angry that Democrat leaders are seemingly doing nothing about the situation.
