Trump Prosecutor’s True Motives Revealed – Here’s What He Really Thinks Donald Will Do

Democrat prosecutors have launched four criminal trials against Donald Trump. Two of these trials are being led by DOJ-appointed Special Counsel Jack Smith.

Trump has railed against this prosecutor, accusing him of holding to an anti-Trump bias.

But does Smith really “hate” Trump? Is he working at the behest of Democrats or is he really trying to uphold the law? A recent claim by the man might set the record straight for many Americans.

From The Post Millennial:
In an 82-page court filing from special counsel Jack Smith filed in a DC appeals court on December 30, the Biden admin prosecutor alleged that Donald Trump’s claim to have presidential immunity in the case relating to January 6 and the 2020 election would set a precedent for future presidents using the State of the Union address to “incite his supporters” to “kill opposing lawmakers.”

Special Counsel Jack Smith filed a response to Trump’s argument that he has presidential immunity from prosecutions. In this document, Smith posed a possible scenario, should Trump win immunity for the accusations made against him.

Smith, a Democrat appointee, claimed Trump getting immunity would allow “future presidents” to commit various crimes. He compared the accusations against Trump by Democrats—that he “incited” an “insurrection” on January 6—to crimes like bribing government contractors.

He said future presidents might be emboldened to direct FBI agents to “plant incriminating evidence” on their enemies.

But the most egregious claim in the filing was that a future president would “incite his supporters” during a State of the Union address to “kill opposing lawmakers.” Smith suggested a president might do this to prevent an impeachment proceeding and remain in office “unlawfully.”

This wild and dark accusation appears to have been an attempt at slandering Trump. While it was a hypothetical scenario, Smith seemed to be trying to equate what Trump has been accused of doing to something so extreme and unprecedented.

Some might be led to believe Smith is implying Trump would do this, in an attempt to scare the court into denying him immunity. If that is the case, it exposes Smith’s true attitude toward the former president.

It could be that Smith is not interested in upholding the law but promoting the extreme views spread against Trump by Democrats like Joe Biden. President Biden has accused Trump of similar, wild things. For Smith to parrot that in court is shocking.

Key Takeaways:

  • Jack Smith made wild claims while trying to prevent Trump’s presidential immunity.
  • He claimed it could lead to future presidents inciting their followers to murder lawmakers.
  • Such hypotheticals could be attempts by Smith to accuse Trump of things he’s never done.
