Trump Just Got an Early Christmas Present – This Latest Report Could Seal the Deal for 2024

Former President Donald Trump’s campaign is growing stronger than ever heading into the end of the year. Trump leads all Republican candidates by a wide margin and challengers are scrambling to catch up.

Trump keeps his foot on the gas pedal every day and each week holds campaign rallies that lead the news headlines across all media outlets. Major primaries begin next month, and Trump has a commanding lead in early polls.

Trump’s solid position as the GOP frontrunner appeared all but sealed following a recent poll. The gap between him and party hopefuls was astounding by any measure.

From Breitbart:
Former President Donald Trump is dominating the Republican primary polls with 69 percent support, up seven points from November, a Fox News survey released Sunday revealed.

The Republican is the clear favorite among GOP voters, with his support having grown by a whopping 26 points since February.

Trump’s lead is so strong that less than one third of Republican primary voters are supporting all other primary challengers. All Trump rivals lost support within the last month other than former Arkansas Gov. Asa Hutchinson who is polling a just 1 percent.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis is at 12 percent; former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is at 9 percent; businessman Vivek Ramaswamy is at 5 percent; and former New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie is at 2 percent.

Hypothetical general election possibilities also show Trump doing well in a head-to-head showdown with Joe Biden. The poll shows Trump is beating the current president by four points.

Trump’s strong position matches several national polls. The latest Reuters/Ipsos survey found Trump beating Biden by two points, and a recent Messenger/Harris poll gave him a seven-point lead, according to Breitbart.

The only sliver of hope at this point for contenders appears to be Haley. She polls slightly better than Trump in general election hypothetical polls against Biden, beating him by six points. DeSantis and Biden tie in the same scenario. Biden was reportedly ahead of all three by a narrow margin as recently as August.

Trump’s swaying power appears to be extending to Democrat voters. The outlet reported that 5 percent of Biden’s 2020 voters would defect to Trump next year.

Key Takeaways:

  • Trump dominated Republican challengers in latest primary voter poll.
  • Trump’s support among GOP voters grew 26 points since February.
  • The former president surpassed Biden in national head-to-head tallies.
