Trans Activist Claims Bathrooms Shouldn’t Be Based on Sex Because of Cancer Patients
Trans Activist Claims Bathrooms Shouldn’t Be Based on Sex Because of Cancer Patients

Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) has sparked a political firestorm recently. She refused to allow an incoming transgender congress member, Rep.-elect Sarah McBride (D-DE), a biological man, to use women’s bathrooms in the U.S. Capitol.

When the drama unfolded, Mace stood her ground, defending the notion that women’s bathrooms are for women. Speaker of the House Mike Johnson backed Mace, ensuring that biology—not feelings—dictates bathroom use.

It’s a surreal sign of the times that women like Mace even have to fight this battle. Yet here we are.

Radical Democrats seem to believe it’s “progress” for women to surrender their privacy and safety in bathrooms to men claiming otherwise. While millions of Americans shake their heads at the absurdity, the far-left seems incapable of recognizing their own ideological madness.

Predictably, they’ve responded to Mace’s stand with their typical outrage and nonsensical logic.

From Breitbart:
Transgender activists made a stop at Rep. Nancy Mace’s (R-SC) office this week, and apparently, one of them told her staffer that sex-based bathrooms are bad because cancer patients lose their hair, although the argument has absolutely nothing to do with biological sex in any way, shape, or form…

“These people came to my office yesterday,” Mace said. “One of them told my staff it’s bad to have sex based bathrooms because cancer patients lose their hair and can look like the wrong sex.”

Cancer Patients and Bathroom Battles

The far-left’s logic was on full display when transgender activists visited Mace’s office this week. In a moment that sounded like parody, one activist reportedly told her staffer that sex-based bathrooms are bad because “cancer patients lose their hair.”

Let that sink in. Somehow, hair loss is now an argument against separating men and women in bathrooms.

Mace, clearly unimpressed, took to X (formerly Twitter) to share her reaction. She posted a video of transgender activists dancing in a women’s bathroom in the Capitol complex, mocking the activists’ protests as bizarre and disconnected from reality.

“Anything but the truth from the Radical Left,” she wrote. And honestly, she’s not wrong.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) added her twist, bizarrely claiming that Mace’s efforts to prevent biological men from using women’s facilities actually endangers women.

Apparently, in AOC’s world, protecting women’s privacy and safety is now a threat. You can’t make this stuff up.

A Stand for Common Sense

Mace has been at the forefront of this fight for women’s privacy. She introduced a measure barring any member, employee, or official in the House from using bathrooms, locker rooms, or other single-sex facilities that don’t correspond to their biological sex.

Her position is straightforward: “I’m not going to allow biological men into women’s private spaces,” she told reporters. “Hell no, I’m not going to stand for it.”

Mace went further this week, introducing the Stop the Invasion of Women’s Spaces Act. The legislation would prohibit biological men from using women-only facilities in all federally funded spaces, including public schools, universities, government buildings, healthcare facilities, and even airports.

Forcing women to share private spaces with men, she argued, is neither dignified nor respectful. And millions of Americans agree.

The Left Loses Its Mind

Naturally, Mace’s stand has sent the radical left into a tailspin. They’ve tried every argument in the book to paint her as a villain, from claiming her policies are harmful to “gender diversity” to making absurd analogies about hair loss and cancer.

But Mace isn’t backing down. “We introduced a resolution to stand up for women, and the Left lost their minds,” she said. “But I’m not here to make them happy—I’m here to protect women and girls.”

At its core, this isn’t a complicated issue. Women deserve private spaces where they feel safe and respected. Yet, the far-left has turned it into a battleground, insisting that common-sense boundaries are somehow oppressive.

The result? Women like Mace have to fight for what should be obvious. And they’re not afraid to do it.

Key Takeaways:

  • Mace Stands Firm: Nancy Mace is leading the fight to protect women’s privacy and safety in bathrooms and locker rooms.
  • Radical Left’s Absurdity: Trans activists and far-left politicians are using nonsensical arguments to oppose basic common sense.
  • Protecting Women Everywhere: Mace’s proposed legislation aims to ensure women-only spaces remain safe across all federally funded facilities.
