Ted Cruz Sends Democrats Scrambling – He Just Claimed The Senate Now Has The Votes For SCOTUS

What’s Happening:

Sen. Ted Cruz must be feeling confident, because he’s showing his cards to the Democrats.

It’s possible this means that regardless of what they try to do, they just can’t stop them.

Because Cruz is claiming the Senate has all the votes they need to get ACB on the Supreme Court:

Sen. Ted Cruz: “I believe we have the votes, I believe we’ll get it done.”

Ted Cruz says he believes they have the 51 votes to get Amy Cony Barrett onto the Supreme Court, which could dash Democrat hopes of stopping Trump and Republicans.

Democrats have been fighting Trump’s pick since before he even made it.

The moment Ruth Bader Ginsburg died, they were ordering him to wait until after the election.

The president calmly explained to them that he had a Constitutional duty to fill that seat.

Democrats, in response, declared war. Some even demanded they “burn down” the house.

The left is so outraged because they lack the power to stop this appointment. Even Democrat voters are increasingly supportive of the pick,

Democrats don’t have enough votes to stop the confirmation. Plus, if they try to pull anything like they did to Brett Kavanaugh, it will not go well for them.

They are already skating on thin ice this election year. They are doing as much as they can to win over Americans.

How will it look if they attack a respected judge, wife, and mother—all over politics?

Something tells me Biden will go back into the basement long before November 3.

Cruz seems to understand this. He is confident the Republican majority on the Senate will make sure Barrett becomes the next Supreme Court justice.

Hopefully, we will see that become a reality by the end of the month.

Key Takeaways:

  • Ted Cruz believes they have the votes to confirm ACB.
  • Democrats have tried to stop the process, but lack the votes.
  • Trump vowed to replace RBG with all speed.
