Minutes After Supreme Court Gives Shock Ruling – Lower Court Delivers 1 Quick Surprise

Texas has been fighting a battle to end the border crisis. President Biden and the federal government have been trying to undermine the state’s efforts. The DOJ has even sued Texas over state laws that seek to prevent illegal immigration.

Recently, the Supreme Court issued a surprise ruling. It decided that a state law forbidding illegal immigration could stand.

From Fox News:
The Supreme Court on Tuesday allowed Texas to enforce a law that allows local police to arrest migrants suspected of crossing the border illegally – marking a significant but temporary win for the state’s efforts to control illegal immigration across the border with Mexico.

The court refused to overturn the Texas law. But the case went back to the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. And almost immediately, the court made a decision.

From The Post Millennial:
Just hours after the Supreme Court lifted a stay on the Texas law allowing local police to arrest and deport illegal immigrants, the law has been put on hold again, this time by the Fifth US Circuit Court of Appeals.

The lower court seemed to defy the Supreme Court by putting another block on this law. The courts have done a fairly poor job deciding cases related to the southern border.

Under Joe Biden, over 7 million illegal aliens have entered the country. Many critics have accused Biden of wanting the aliens to stay in the U.S. Regardless of the accusations, it seems clear that the Biden administration is not upholding immigration law.

Not only are the courts not holding Biden accountable for this shocking behavior. But they are preventing states from doing anything to amend the problem. This border crisis is an existential threat to the country.

Many have explained that the 7.2 million migrants who have entered the country pose a threat to Americans. They compete for housing, jobs, medical care, education, and other resources. Blue cities are slashing funds to services for Americans to accommodate Biden’s migrants.

There is no end to the people who would come here illegally if nothing is done. Yet the courts continue to play games, it seems, with the nation’s future.

Key Takeaways:

  • The Supreme Court ruled to lift a block on a Texas immigration law.
  • The law allows police to arrest illegal aliens and judges to deport them.
  • The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals placed another block on the law.
  • This comes as the Biden administration lets in millions of illegal aliens.
