We are learning about some major Supreme Court rulings coming out this summer. So far, patriots have reason to celebrate.
Thanks to the appointment of Neil Gorsuch, we have a strong conservative presence on the bench. President Trump kept his word to replace the beloved Antonin Scalia with a man with just as much integrity. Trump’s promise paid off and this year we are seeing some incredible progress.
Already the Court has protected the religious rights of Americans. They’ve thrown out rulings that allowed Democrats to gerrymander voting districts. And they’ve upheld Trump’s lawful authority to suspend travel from foreign nations.
Now they have ruled on what might be an even greater issue: one that protects the rights of the unborn.

The Supreme Court ruled today that part of the law in California that forces non-profit crisis pregnancy centers to inform women of low-cost and free abortions provided by the state is likely unconstitutional, in that it would violate the First Amendment. These crisis pregnancy centers are usually Christian and pro-life, which is why this law targeted them.
The court held in a 5-4 majority opinion written by Justice Clarence Thomas that the notice required of licensed clinics under the law “likely violates” the First Amendment, but the notice required of unlicensed clinics “unduly burdens speech” and is unconstitutional.
The US Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit had upheld the law as constitutional, saying that California had the right to regulate “professional speech” and had a valid interest in protecting public health access.
Excuse me, “professional speech”? Nice try. As the First Amendment doesn’t apply to the speech of companies—which are run by American citizens.
What a bogus, Socialist attack on our rights. Liberals hate private companies so much, they don’t believe they deserve the same rights as the rest of us. What a pathetic excuse to protect abortion.

Liberals will do anything to protect this Holy Grail. Even violate the rights of pro-life people and groups. You see, they like the fact that women can abort their children, no problem. In their warped minds, it is a women’s rights issue. They never seem to consider the rights of the unborn personal involved—half the time being a female.
When it comes to the rights of conservatives, liberals couldn’t care less. They would violate every last right we have—if it helped them win. That’s why we see Christians being harassed by LGBT groups. It’s also why the left endorses Antifa, a group that uses violence to silence free speech.
And its why California tried to violate the rights of pro-life groups, to undermine their goals.
Thankfully, there were enough people on the Supreme Court who thought differently. Perhaps, one day, we can see greater progress on abortion.
