The “gender wars” just keep growing all around the world. While many still claim there are only two genders, others push the multiple gender theory in liberal health circles.
Now, we apparently have to entertain the possibility that men can get pregnant. People won’t soon forget Miss Universe tweeting about non-binary and gender non-conforming men having periods, for example.
And the stories we’re hearing now sound like satire — but they’re very real.
Over in Scotland, a man who routinely donates blood was turned away, and for a reason that’s difficult to understand. It wasn’t because he was sick or even because he refused to wear a face mask.
Instead, he wasn’t allowed to give blood simply because he refused to answer one question on the official form.
Historically, these forms have been pretty straightforward and are necessary for healthcare workers to do their jobs correctly. But these days, “wokeness” is even intruding on matters of real science.
This Scottish man in his 60s couldn’t believe what he was being asked. As a result, he was told to go home and his story is now sweeping headlines.
From Breitbart (via the Daily Mail):
A man who habitually donates blood has had his donation refused after he failed to indicate on a transgender ideology-inspired official form whether or not he was pregnant.
Britain’s socialised healthcare service is reported as refusing a blood donation over the fact that the potential donor — a male in his sixties — refused to say whether or not he was pregnant.
The 66-year-old man was stunned at this turn of events, and that seems both logical and understandable.
When he was asked on the form if he was pregnant, or had been pregnant in the last six months, he just couldn’t believe his eyes. He didn’t think he needed to answer the question, as he was a biological male.
In his reply, he said it was a question that just couldn’t be answered:
I pointed out to the staff that it was impossible for me to be in that position but I was told that I would need to answer, otherwise I couldn’t give blood.
It is nonsensical and it makes me angry because there are vulnerable people waiting for blood, including children, and in desperate need of help.
But they’ve been denied my blood because of the obligation to answer a question that can’t possibly be answered.
Despite the pushback, though, the blood donation service (which is part of the UK’s socialized National Health Service) said the question is on the form because of “inclusiveness.”
Organization director Marc Turner said it isn’t always clear if a person is pregnant, and it’s now their “duty” to ask all donors the same question. This evidently means men will be asked biologically impossible questions.
However, this might just be the tip of the “woke” iceberg.
Gender is now being pushed as something that isn’t determined by nature, but by the individual. Whichever gender you’re “assigned” at birth isn’t necessarily the correct one, according to the left.
At the same time, others are pointing out that there is absolutely no real science behind the theory, and that there has always been only 2 genders.
So, when children are being shown “pregnant man flashcards” in school, there’s bound to be plenty of conflict.
- A man in Scotland wasn’t allowed to donate blood because he refused to answer an “impossible” question.
- He was asked on the form if he was pregnant, or had been pregnant in the past 6 months.
- The blood donor organization said because of “inclusiveness,” they’re now asking all donors the same questions.
