Back in 2021, Loudoun County, Virginia was rocked by a terrible scandal. A young male student raped a female student in a bathroom. He was able to enter the bathroom because he claimed to be transgender.

The school board tried to cover up the scandal. Despite a judge ruling against the young man, he faced no penalties and was transferred to another school–where he assaulted another student.

The father of the female student confronted the school board. In response, the county’s attorney prosecuted–not the offender–but the victim’s father. Now, that leftist attorney is facing justice at last.

According to Fox News, Biberaj received over $800,000 from the George Soros-funded Justice and Public Safety PAC in her 2019 campaign.

The attorney responsible for punishing a father after his daughter was raped has lost her re-election bid, according to local reports. Despite representing a liberal county, it appears Buta Biberaj has lost to Republican Bob Anderson by 300 votes.

According to reports, Biberaj was given over $800,000 from the George Soros-funded “Justice for Public Safety PAC” in 2019. Conservatives have become increasingly vocal about district attorneys and other local prosecutors who have been funded by Soros-linked groups.

These DAs are often accused of failing to enforce the law or refusing to prosecute a variety of offenders. Biberaj was heavily criticized for prosecuting Scott Smith, who was denied justice over the rape of his daughter by a “transgender” student.

The school board, at the time, claimed there had been zero “record of assaults occurring in our restrooms.” It even stated that “the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.” Only later was it revealed that the school had refused to report numerous incidents of sexual assault.

Despite this, Smith was arrested and faced jail time while the man who assaulted his daughter seemingly faced no penalties.

Republican Gov. Glenn Youngkin, who won his race due in part to this scandal, later pardoned Smith.
