Ah, Kamala Harris. The liberal establishment had so much hope for you. But the woman who got only 2% in the Democratic primaries—shockingly! —has done little to impress Americans as our first female “vice president.” In fact, it appears that she is very bad at being a leader, according to rumors about her office.
Much like her senate office, Harris’ VP office has been wracked by chaos, confusion, and dysfunctional practices. Reports have come out that Harris’ chief of staff is cruel to underlings. On top of that, nobody seems to know what is going on. Almost as if on cue, another top aide is calling it quits.
Another key aide is leaving Vice President Kamala Harris’ office following the departure of two other advisors.
Vincent Evans, Harris’ deputy director of public engagement and intergovernmental affairs, has taken a top job at the Congressional Black Caucus, he said in a statement provided to CNBC.
Yep, another member of Harris’ public-facing office is leaving. Previously, she lost top staffers in her communications departments. Now, she is losing her deputy director over public engagement and intergovernmental affairs. That is another job requiring communication, direction, and a strong sense of the vice president’s agenda and goals.
But for Evans to be leaving suggests he no longer wants to try to make sense of what Harris is doing. It doesn’t seem that her public-facing staff really have a knack for communication. Just look at what her office tweeted, while the D.C. region was rocked with an Interstate shut down.
Because of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, America is moving again. That’s what infrastructure is all about: getting people moving.

“Getting people moving”? It’s like she is trying to embarrass herself! Maybe this is why her communications people are fleeing because they can’t figure out a narrative that actually works. I guess that’s what happens when you have a “vice president” that doesn’t do anything.
She failed to secure our border. She embarrassed us in front of the French. And that’s not to mention her awkward, confusing, and unimpressive public appearances. Evans, like other staffers who left, is taking a job that is seemingly lower down the ladder than working for the White House.
That’s how bad Biden/Harris is doing. Their staff would rather be demoted than stick around.
