We are just over two weeks away from Election Day. Unfortunately for Kamala Harris, new reports are indicating that she’s quickly losing ground with two groups of voters she undoubtedly assumed would be firmly in their corner.
Democrats have become so obsessed with race that they take it for granted that they would have the support of minorities. They behave as if minorities can’t think for themselves and will blindly vote Democrat in any and all elections.
That’s why this new poll has to have come as a massive shock to Harris. Indeed, she appears to be swiftly losing ground among Latino and Black voters.

A new USA TODAY/Suffolk University Poll places Harris at 45% and Trump at 44%.In August, the same poll found that Harris was ahead of Trump 48% to 43% on the heels of the Democratic National Convention. The new survey released Monday questioned 1,000 likely voters by landline and cell phone from Oct. 14-18. The margin of error was plus or minus 3.1 percentage points.
Harris has fallen back in support among Latino and Black voters in the seven weeks between surveys. The new poll found Latino voters now back Trump by 49% to 38%. Black voters prefer Harris by 72% to 17%, but that 55-point edge is significantly less than the advantage Democrats traditionally enjoy.
Nightmare For Harris
With just fifteen days to go before the election, this poll is the stuff that nightmares are made of for Harris and her supporters.
This is particularly bad for her, given how much Joe Biden benefited from the support of Black and Latino voters in 2020. In that election, a whopping 92% of Black voters and 59% of Latino voters supported Biden. With an increasing number of voters in each of these groups flipping over to Trump, things seem to be worse than ever for Harris.
Meanwhile, Donald Trump has stepped up his game with these voting groups by courting men. In doing this, he’s made campaigning on both the economy and crime his top priority. Clearly, this has paid off in the form of Trump winning over Black and Latino males.
Harris Gets Desperate
Noticing that she was losing the support of Black men last week, Harris desperately unveiled an economic agenda that caters to them. This agenda pledges small business loans and the legalization of recreational marijuana.
Unfortunately for Harris, however, she doesn’t have a leg to stand on when it comes to the economy. Over the four years that she and Biden have been in office, the economy has gone to shambles, and inflation has skyrocketed.
Harris may think that some empty economic promises will be enough to make Black male voters forget about that. However, they aren’t nearly as dumb as she appears to think that they are. Like every other American, they know that the economy was better under Trump. Many of these voters are willing to prioritize voting based on the economy vs. voting based on race.
If Harris continues to hemorrhage support among Black and Latino voters, her chances of winning this election will likely get slimmer and slimmer. Here’s hoping that this is enough to give Trump the victory that he deserves!
