We’re less than two weeks away from Election Day.  The race between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump appears to be as close as can be.

Democrats and the mainstream media have spent months trying to make it look like Harris is such a viable candidate that she has this race in the bag. Clearly, this is not the case at all, as Trump still has a very real chance of winning.

Knowing this, Harris went into panic mode this week. After seeing that she was hemorrhaging support among Black male voters, Harris desperately tried to cater to them by announcing her “Opportunity Agenda for Black Men.”

Unfortunately for Harris, however, this has since blown up in her face. Indeed, legal experts are speaking out to set fire to this agenda, going so far as to say that it is “unconstitutional.”

Harris unveiled the five-point plan last week, which includes providing 1 million forgivable loans of up to $20,000 for “Black entrepreneurs and others who have historically faced barriers to starting a new business.” Another proposal includes funding and capital for vocational training “to help expand pathways for Black men to get good-paying jobs.”

Programs that distribute resources based on economic disadvantage and race have lost challenges in court. One example of this involves a nonprofit that provided small business grants to exclusively Black female business owners. Another example includes a federal disaster relief program that gave preference to minority and female farmers.

“A Harris administration would face a significant constitutional challenge in granting these loans on the basis of race,” George Washington law professor Jonathan Turley said.

“It is unconstitutional because eligibility for the money would be determined by race,” added Fox News legal analyst Gregg Jarrett. “Harris’ proposal smacks of blatant vote-buying.”

Quite frankly, this is classic Kamala Harris.

Throughout her sham of a political career, Harris has repeatedly shown that she is a sleazy career politician who will do and say anything to get elected. After learning that she was struggling to maintain the support of Black men, Harris didn’t hesitate to make them a series of empty promises in a desperate attempt to pander to them. It seems that Harris made these promises without even bothering to see if it would even be legal for her to follow through with them.

As a Democrat who is obsessed with race-baiting, Harris took it for granted that she would have the support of the entire Black community. Unfortunately for her, life in Biden-Harris’ America has been so bad that race is no longer a priority for minority voters when it comes time to cast their ballots. The economy is in shambles, and inflation is at an all-time high. Millions of illegal aliens have flooded our borders. Meanwhile, millions of real Americans are struggling just to put food on the table.

Like every other voting group, Black male voters want someone who will actually fix these issues. They have no interest in someone who will make empty promises to them that are “unconstitutional,” just to get their votes.

Sorry, Kamala, but this was yet another fail for you!
