In recent days, the Biden administration has been scrambling to address the border crisis. For nearly two years, Joe did nothing as drug cartels and millions of aliens enter the country. But with the election around the corner, he needed to make it look like he was doing something.
Of course, the crisis continues. It will only get worse come May, when Biden nixes Title 42. From all appearances, Biden wants to import as many illegals as possible. But one Republican senator is making a move to shut down Biden’s scheme for good.

Jim Risch, R-Idaho, has introduced sweeping border security legislation that would extend the Title 42 public health order beyond its current May expiration amid fears of a fresh border surge — while also continuing Trump-era border security policies and setting minimum staffing levels for key immigration agencies…
The legislation would require DHS to immediately resume border wall construction, which largely stopped when the Biden administration took office, and bar DHS from canceling prior contracts related to the construction of the project.
Wow. Joe’s not going to like this! Sen. Jim Risch, a Republican from Idaho, introduced a bill that takes aim at Biden’s border crisis. The bill would extend Title 42 well beyond the May deadline. But that’s only for starters.
The bill would also resume Trump’s famous border wall project, which Joe shut down immediately after entering office. It would also secure the Migrant Protection Protocols, a set of rules put into place by President Trump that required asylum seekers to remain in Mexico.
On top of this, the bill would establish minimum staffing of Border agents along the border, at 25,000.
But why would a senator from Idaho care so much about the border? Isn’t Idaho far, far away from the Southern border? Not as far away as you’d think. Thanks to Joe, illegals are using the border like a revolving door. Countless aliens have entered through the border, reaching all corners of the country.
Drug cartels are shuttling record amounts of deadly drugs into our country. No corner of America is spared from this crisis. Yet Biden pretends like there is no problem, because he increased the number of asylum requests per year. Pathetic.
A bill like this might not have much chance of passing, unless Americans pressure Congress. Even Democrats have been unable to ignore the crisis. If they want to survive the coming elections, they’ll have to budge.
