Shock January 6th Charge Spills Out – Top Judge Exposes Frightening ‘American Gulag’

What’s Happening:

It’s been well-documented how the federal government’s been mistreating January 6 defendants. One defendant was released, after it came out he had been denied Cancer treatments.

Another was acquitted, after it was revealed he stood in the Rotunda for just 10 minutes, taking video. Prosecutors accused him of violent activity.

But things are much worse than we realize. Regular citizens are being locked up like hardened criminals. And one judge is disgusted by it.

From Biz Pac Review:

Andrew Napolitano… bluntly asserted that the Jan. 6 protesters should not be in jail, that they should all be out on bail, and called their imprisonment an “American gulag.” […]

“I mean none of these people is a threat to society and all of them would gladly come back at the time of trial and most of them shouldn’t be charged anyway because most of them were there to engage in 1st Amendment protected behavior,” Napolitano charged.

Political pundit Andrew Napolitano a former judge revealed that the Feds are mistreating January 6 defendants. He said the fact these people are in jail is an “American gulag.”

The legal expert explained these defendants should have been released on bail because they pose no threat to society. They would also “gladly” come back to stand trial

None of them show signs of fleeing, given an utter lack of criminal history. Andrew Napolitano even said most of them won’t even be charged, since their actions were protected by the 1st Amendment.

So, why is the federal government treating them so poorly? Why are these American citizens treated like monsters, deprived of their families and basic rights?

Those are questions we need to be asking. The government appears to be overstepping its bounds, just to send a message.

And Americans need to demand justice.

Key Takeaways:

  • Andrew Napolitano called the imprisonment of Jan 6 defendants an “American gulag.”
  • He said none of them should be in jail, released instead on bail.
  • The former judge said most of them were protected by the 1st
