Biden’s Woke Dream Just Got Shattered – Look What 1 Storm Did to His Big Plans

Since the start of his administration, Joe Biden has pushed for “alternative” energy sources. It seems he’s following the Green New Deal. He has gone to war with fossil fuels and has pushed Americans to transition to expensive, poor-performing EVs.

If Biden wants to be successful in this agenda, alternative sources of energy need to work. But time and again, we find that everything from wind turbines to solar farms have major flaws.

Wind turbines freeze in the winter when residents need a steady source of heat. Offshore turbines have also been shown to hurt sea life. Solar panels might have an even bigger flaw. A massive solar farm was just struck by an unexpected hail storm. And it has shown just how bad this tech is for the environment.

From Just the News:
A massive solar farm near Houston, Texas, suffered extensive damage from a hail storm. Hail presents a major risk to solar farms, which can add to a growing e-waste problem from the industry…

Aerial video shows panels shattered with multiple impact points all along the fields of panels…

The cumulative waste volumes that will be produced as solar panels reach the end of their useful life, according to NREL, will be as much as 78 million tons by 2050.

Biden and Democrats are pushing to eliminate fossil fuels, claiming they are bad for the earth. Yet a recent hail storm in Texas shows how unreliable and environmentally damaging solar panels can be. The hail storm destroyed 590,000 panels.

That means this solar farm has lost a significant amount of production, just from one storm. All those panels need to be replaced, which will put a financial burden on the farm and consumers. And then, those panels will be thrown out—producing a huge amount of “e-waste.” These panels cannot be recycled.

On top of this, solar panels are shockingly unreliable. The efficiency of panels declines over the years. After just 20 years, a panel’s product drops to 10%. Solar farms require large tracts of land to hold these panels, making them even less efficient or good for the environment.

Biden is fighting so hard to eliminate “bad” fossil fuels, despite the fact they’ve improved the quality of life for humans for the last 100+ years. Yet his alternatives have far more problems and the jury’s out over whether solar farms can match the growing demand for electricity.

Especially if more Americans switch to electric-powered cars.

Key Takeaways:

  • A recent hailstorm destroyed 590,000 solar panels on a farm in Texas.
  • The incident highlighted the many problems with solar power—including massive e-waste, reduced efficiency, and land-hogging.
  • Broken solar panels cannot be recycled and are not sustainable, according to experts.
