As the new Congress begins, Republicans are in the driver’s seat. They have the majority in the House and they are using their votes to hold Joe Biden accountable. Republicans promised investigations against this failed administration. And they have hit the ground running.
But where to begin? There is so much about Biden’s failures and scandals that require investigating. What about his reckless spending? His shady family business deals? His constant support for a war in Europe? Well, Republicans decided to start with Biden’s biggest failure so far. And they are revealing just how dealing it’s been.

Besides the number of migrants… drug trafficking has become a major concern. CBP announced last week that officials in San Diego Border Patrol agents seized roughly 300 pounds of narcotics worth about $4 million from three vehicle stops that all took place on Jan. 24.
Boom. Republicans opened Congress with hearings over Biden’s border crisis. They brought in witnesses, including a Texas county judge, an Arizona sheriff, and the leader of an anti-fentanyl advocacy group.
The information revealed was truly staggering. Just in December 2022 alone, there were 251,487 illegal alien encounters. That is an increase from the previous month. All signs show the rate is increasing, as more and more aliens try to enter our country.
Last year saw over 2 million border encounters, up from 1.6 million the year before. In previous years, we saw less than 500,000 encounters at the border. Biden’s failures have resulted in exponential increases in illegal immigration.
But that only gives one side of this exploding crisis. Because Biden refuses to enforce immigration law and secure the border, untold amounts of deadly drugs are coming into our country. Since October of last year, Border Patrol has recovered 9,000 pounds of drugs.
Much of this is fentanyl, a synthetic drug that can kill with just a fraction of a dose. It and other deadly poisons are being trafficked over our border because Biden refuses to do anything.
What else will we learn from these hearings? I promise you, it only gets worse from here. Biden has created a lawless environment along the border. Anything goes. Lives are being lost at a shocking rate. And the entire country is in danger because of it.
I wouldn’t be surprised if impeachment articles are drawn up over this.
