If Biden and the left had their way, there’d be no free speech online. They have spent considerable time, energy, and money working with social networks, big tech companies like Apple and Amazon, and others to ensure that only their narrative reaches the public.

If you say anything that contradicts the left’s agenda, especially on COVID, it is branded as “misinformation” or “disinformation.” And they use that as an excuse to silence your First Amendment rights.

The appeal to this ruling will only force the Biden administration to defend its actions. The original ruling details how far the left went to silence Americans, and any future hearings will further expose the violations of our constitutional rights.

Biden’s FBI (and other agencies) claimed they were only trying to combat disinformation from foreign countries. Of course, once again the left points its greasy fingers at Russia to justify attacking Americans.

But the evidence in the case showed Biden’s officials did nothing to separate American discussions from foreign ones.

The FBI can blame Russia all it wants. It has no right to silence Americans for simply speaking their mind.

It’s unclear how the 5th Circuit will rule on this issue. But the battle is far from over. This might go all the way to the Supreme Court. But the law must bring to an end Biden’s attack on free speech.
