Americans were shocked to learn that Joe Biden–a man running for re-election against Donald Trump–has allowed his DOJ to indict his biggest rival. Despite impeaching Trump over similar accusations, Democrats are on board with this case–based on nothing more than documents.
Many believe this is the latest attempt by Democrats to prevent Donald Trump from returning to the White House. They hate this man so much, that they’d stoop to the lowest lows, perverting our justice system it seems, to stop him. A former Democrat and congresswoman weighed in on this indictment. And she had a powerful warning to Americans.

According to Gabbard, that is the reason we are now witnessing an “unprecedented moment,” where a sitting U.S. president, facing an upcoming election, abused his power “to direct the federal government and justice system to be used against his major political opponent in the midst of a presidential campaign, charging him with multiple crimes.”
Gabbard, a former Democrat who strongly opposes Joe Biden, called the indictment of Donald Trump an “unprecedented moment.” She accused Biden of using his power to go after a “major political opponent in the midst of a presidential campaign.”
The former congresswoman went on to say that this scheme could be the “final nail in the coffin of our democracy.”
For many years, we’ve seen Democrats and federal officials abuse their power to undermine our elections. Democrats in the Obama White House tried to undermine Trump’s 2016, using fake information from Hillary Clinton. Even during Trump’s presidency, Democrats in the FBI and Congress staged campaigns to undermine his leadership.
We know Democrats interfered in the 2020 campaign; the FBI refused to investigate credible evidence against Hunter Biden, to protect Joe. And now, Democrats in New York and Washington have indicted Trump twice, to scare voters away from supporting him.
This is the kind of thing third-world dictators do. Corrupt regimes abuse the power of the courts and law enforcement to intimidate their rivals and shut down challenges to their administrations. Yet we are supposed to be fine when a corrupt puppet like Joe Biden does it?
Gabbard’s warning needs to be heeded by all. Democrats seem to be willing to do anything to hold onto their power. The damage they are causing to our democracy could be irreparable.
