Weeks After Court Shuts Down Dakota Pipeline – A Federal Appeals Court Rules It Reopened

What’s Happening:

Liberals have been resorting to the courts to try to stop Trump from the very start.

They are especially determined to undermine Trump’s efforts to make America energy independent.

A federal court ruled against the Dakota Pipeline, siding with environmentalists.

But a higher court just reversed the order:

A U.S. appeals court on Wednesday reversed a lower court’s determination that the Dakota Access Pipeline should be temporarily shut down…

a three-judge panel on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia ruled Wednesday that the lower court did not have the “findings necessary” for such a move.

Radical activists have been fighting against the Dakota Pipeline for years.

They claim it would endanger the environment, but the real reason might have something to do with billionaire George Soros, who funds the protest groups.

The pipeline would be a vital link in providing affordable energy for the United States. Plenty of globalists do not want America to be producing its own energy. They’d rather have us buy energy from them, at exorbitant costs.

Former President Barack Obama was all too happy to side with globalists, clamping down on numerous American industries including oil, natural gas, and coal.

Since President Trump took office, he has reversed many of the regulations put into place by Obama. In the few short years he’s been in the White House, America has gone from being energy-dependent to energy dominant.

All that would go away if a Democrat returned to the White House. These activists wouldn’t have to go through the courts to delay or stop the pipeline.

Joe Biden—who promises to shut down the coal industry—would quickly sign an order that would shut down the project.

From there, it wouldn’t take long before the Democrat passed new regulations that would clamp down our America’s energy sector.

Would it all be in the name of the environment? Or perhaps to please China, OPEC, and Russia?

This ruling is a win for America First citizens, but the battle still rages. Environmentalists continue to hinder the project.

Expect more resistance and appeals, just to slow down the industry.

Key Takeaways:

  • A federal court overruled a low court’s shut down of the Dakota Pipeline.
  • Environmentalists have used the courts to slow down America’s energy independence.
  • President Trump has removed many Obama regulations to free American energy production.
