We know that California leaders care more about criminals than Americans. These are the same people who passed sanctuary laws. The same people who warned illegal aliens about ICE raids.

Recently, a CA judge gave an insane ruling. The ruling will empower gangs in Los Angeles like never before. The city is poised to return to the horrific era of the 1990’s, when gangs owned the streets.

And it’s all thanks to the ACLU.

U.S. District Judge Virginia Phillips ruled Thursday that Los Angeles can no longer enforce gang restrictions deemed unconstitutional by the ACLU.

The Los Angeles Police Department released a statement saying they respect the authority of the courts and will follow the court’s decision, but the Los Angeles police officers’ union heartily criticized the ruling.

“Appropriately applied, gang injunctions are a valuable law enforcement tool intended to improve the safety of Los Angeles neighborhoods and stem the tide of drug dealing, assaults, and other violent crimes associated with gangs,” a spokesman for the Los Angeles Police Protective League said in a statement to the Times.

“It’s unfortunate that a judge would eliminate this important crime-fighting tool instead of working to resolve any issues with its application. We urge the city to appeal this shortsighted ruling.”

Judge Phillips was appointed by—you guessed it—President Clinton. Big surprise there. Democrats are always looking for ways to help criminals.

This policy has been working for over twenty years. But suddenly the ACLU wants to end it. I guess they care more about criminals’ rights, than the rights of the people they rape, rob, and kill.

It’s mind-boggling. How could any group want to help criminals? These aren’t nice people, folks. Gang members flood neighborhoods with violence. They recruit children into their ranks. Anything a city can do to stop them is a good thing.

Yet the ACLU cares more about the murderers than the victims. Typical.

The LAPD brings up an important point. Why didn’t they simply address the parts of the gang policy they didn’t like? Why not fix it, rather than throwing it out? It’s obvious when you think about it. The ACLU wants more crime. Liberals want our country weak, unstable, and failing. It will give them more reason to take over.

Democrats don’t want prosperous Americans. They want a country of poor, broken down, dependent people. That way, they can easily control us. A Los Angeles crippled by gang crime will be easy to manipulate.

So what if people die in the process? Those rich ACLU lawyers will be safe, no doubt in their gated homes.
