Have you ever heard people say that the far-left is actually more racist than anyone else? Democrats deny it, sure. But nearly every race-based policy the left supports seems to go against the simple principle of not judging someone based on their skin color.

The Supreme Court just struck down a law that hurt millions of college applicants, because of their race. It was a law that Democrats championed for over 50 years. But have they learned their lesson? Of course, not. Because Democrats in one super-leftist state are considering a policy that might force judges to break federal law.

A Democrat-backed bill making its way through the California Legislature would require judges in the state to consider a convicted criminal’s race when determining how long to sentence them to prison…

The bill would add a section to the Penal Code of California requiring courts, whenever they have the authority to determine a prison sentence, to “rectify” alleged racial bias in the criminal justice system by considering how historically persecuted minorities are affected differently than others.

Unbelievable. So, Democrats in California want judges to use race in deciding the kind of sentence a guilty person should receive. So much for not judging someone because of the color of their skin, but the content of their character.

Do you see why we say the left is more racist than anyone else? Democrats want to undermine federal mandates that forbid people from judging people based on their race–by forcing judges to judge people based on their race.

This is completely insane. I thought someone faced a penalty… because they broke the law! But if Democrats had it their way, a judge would go more lenient on a CONVICTED FELON because of their skin color.

Not only is this potentially illegal under federal law, but simply idiotic.

Democrats think they can upend common sense and justice, by spouting off a bunch of nonsense about “racial basis” and “systemic racism.” But all they are doing are rewarding criminals while making an increasingly segregated society.

Thanks to leftists, we have whites-only and minority-only sections on college campuses. We have people in power unqualified for their jobs, because of their race. And if Democrats have it their way, murderers and thieves won’t have to pay back society, because of the color of their skin.
