What’s Happening:

We know full well that the U.S. government has refused to protect our border. It has been left to states like Texas for order to be restored. Gov. Abbott has requested help from Biden numerous times, getting no response in return. So, the Texas leader has implemented many plans to prevent the flood of illegal immigration from destroying his state.

As you can imagine, Biden is outraged.

Texas law enforcement can’t deport illegals. So, they have come up with other methods of discouraging illegal entry across the border. Some of these measures have been proven to work. But, to the shock of every American, Biden’s border agents are going out of their way to erase Texas’s border protections.

Recent videos and photographs circulated on social media and by news outlets show Border Patrol agents opening Texas Border fence gates to take custody of migrants making landfall into the United States. One video revealed a Border Patrol agent physically cutting concertina wire installed by the state to accept the surrender of a group of migrants. A CBP source says the actions are required by law and recently enhanced by policy enacted after the 2021 Haitian Border Crisis in Del Rio.

This is unbelievable. Texas has been working around the clock to secure the border, as millions of aliens have come over. Illegals have posed a serious threat to border towns and many private homes in the area. American lives are at stake.

Yet Biden’s Border Patrol is literally removing the barriers put in place by the state government. They are opening fences and gates to let illegals in. In some places, Biden’s border goons are cutting down wire installed to discourage illegal entry.

This will probably erupt in a serious legal battle between Texas and the federal government. The Constitution protects the rights of states not specifically granted to the federal government. That includes defending state territory. Yet Biden is undermining Texas’s ability to protect its residents, by removing fencing and other barriers.

We shouldn’t be surprised. This is the same administration that created an app to help illegals break into the country. The same administration that refuses to deport dangerous criminals. Why wouldn’t it remove fencing that is stopping illegals from entering?

Don’t be surprised to find out Texas fights back, hard.
