Joe Biden’s Spy Closet Swings Wide Open – Report Claims Biden Might Use Private Firms To Spy On Americans Without Warrants

What’s Happening:

Which party really stands for American freedom?

Democrats often dismiss Republican concerns that big government means the end of the Bill of Rights.

But a new report appears to be outing Democrats’ real agenda.

There are laws on the books, including the 4th Amendment, that prohibits the government from spying on Americans (unlike what happens in China).

That might be going away, given what Biden is trying to do. Because it seems like his policies are looking more and more like Communist China every day.

From IJR:

Apparently, the Biden administration feels that it needs to spy on Americans by whatever means necessary. As such, it reportedly wants to use private research firms to do the dirty work.

“By partnering with research firms who have more visibility in this space, the DHS could produce information that would likely be beneficial to both it and the FBI, which can’t monitor US citizens in this way without first getting a warrant or having the pretext of an ongoing investigation,” CNN reported.

It seems Biden is trying to get around legal limits to how his DHS and FBI monitor American citizens.

According to a report, they are looking to hire private companies to infiltrate social media platforms and messaging apps to spy on whoever they want—maybe even political enemies.

The law prevents the government from using false identities to interact with American citizens. But who’s to say if a private firm can’t do that?

Media figures do this all the time to acquire “undercover” footage. Can the government hire someone to do that—and spy on people Biden doesn’t like?

What’s interesting is that reports suggest Biden wants to do this to confront “extreme” groups that are conveniently on the right, but not on the left.

I’m sure you’re thinking what I’m thinking, private companies or no, the government has no right to spy on us.

Using a third party to “get around” the Constitutional doesn’t make it right. We shouldn’t be surprised to learn that lawsuits will arise from this news (possibly from liberal groups like the ACLU).

But it is just another lesson that Biden and the left are in no way concerned for our rights—at least if we are on the right.

Do you think the Supreme Court needs to slap down this attempt to spy on Americans?

Key Takeaways:

  • A new report suggests Biden’s DHS and other agencies are trying to spy on Americans.
  • These agencies might be hiring private companies to infiltrate conservative groups online.
  • The government is prohibited by law, but seems to think they can hire others to do so.
