Biden Humiliated in Front of Entire Country – Major Company Proves Him Wrong in 1 Move

For unknown reasons, formerly moderate Joe Biden has pushed a far-left environmental agenda. He has restricted U.S. oil and gas production, leading to high energy prices.

Biden’s officials admitted this was on purpose, to force Americans to switch to “green” alternatives.

But Biden’s dream of creating the “Green New Deal” is going up in flames. He once praised this company for pushing electric vehicles. Just a few months later, they humiliated him with this move.

From Fox Business:
The White House praised Hertz, one of the four largest car rental companies in the world, for its efforts to “substantially increase” electric vehicle (EV) rentals months before the company announced it would largely abandon EVs over increasing costs.

On Thursday, Hertz Global Holdings announced in financial filings that it made the “strategic decision” to sell approximately 20,000 EVs from its U.S. fleet, or about one-third of its global EV fleet.

In a continuing trend, rental car company Hertz is scaling back its support of electric vehicles. It has sold off one-third of its EV fleet—20,000 cars—what appears to be most of its American EV inventory.

The company did this due to “better balance supply against expected demand.” Meaning, nobody was renting EVs and it was costing the company too much to keep them.

Biden’s gamble on EVs has failed miserably, as most Americans have refused to buy them. Electric vehicles, though praised by the administration, are failing to meet expectations for drivers.

Most EVs have a significantly limited range compared to gas cars. They require extra equipment and maintenance. Not to mention, they are much more expensive. While the Biden administration touted cost savings on gasoline, the cost of a used, gas-powered car pales in comparison to a new electric vehicle.

It just doesn’t make financial sense for most people to buy or use an EV. Hertz, along with other companies, foolishly jumped on the EV bandwagon as Biden promoted it. But they, along with companies like Ford, are quickly ditching EVs to save money.

Electric vehicles remain a luxury item for wealthy Americans. Experts continue to warn they are not practical for the average consumer. All of Biden’s manipulative tactics to force Americans to buy them has only backfired.

Key Takeaways:

  • Hertz rental company is dumping 20,000 of its EV fleet in the U.S.
  • The company explained customers were not interested in renting the expensive vehicles.
  • This comes just months after Biden praised the company for “substantially increasing” its EV fleet.
