We are mercifully finally in the home stretch of Joe Biden’s sham of a presidency. Indeed, January 20 can’t come soon enough, as that’s the day that Donald Trump is inaugurated and Biden will move out of the White House forever.
Throughout Biden’s time in office, the president has been caught in many lies. His latest falsehood, however, might just be one of his most despicable ones yet.
On Monday, Biden gave one of his final presidential speeches at the White House’s Hanukkah reception. There, Biden had the nerve to falsely state that he had “gotten over 100 hostages out” of Gaza after they were kidnapped by Hamas terrorists on October 7, 2023.
Sadly, this was a blatant lie on Biden’s end, as he has done no such thing.

The president referenced the horrific and unprovoked attacks perpetrated by Hamas in Israel on October 7th, 2023 — during which more than 1,200 Israelis were murdered and dozens more sexually assaulted, tortured, or kidnapped and taken into Gaza. He then went on to claim credit for getting back more than 100 of the 251 who were taken hostage.“The trauma of that day and its aftermath is still raw and ongoing,” Biden said of October 7th. “I’ve gotten over 100 hostages out. I will not stop until I get every single one of them home.”
Of the initial 251 hostages taken, 117 have been returned to Israel so far: eight were rescued by Israel Defense Forces; 105 were released as part of a ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel, and four were released by their terrorist captors.

Thankfully, it didn’t take long for this to backfire on Biden, as social media users fact-checked him on this shameful fib immediately.
“To be clear, Biden is lying,” one social media user wrote. Another added, “What an insult he always manages to be.”
“If hostages are released on inauguration day because of Trump’s threats the shameless Biden WH will take full credit for it,” a third user predicted. A fourth user commented, “Disgusting that he’s taking credit for this.”

Biden’s ‘Scandal-Free’ Lie
This came days after Biden was roasted for saying, “We’ve run a campaign that’s basically scandal free. That’s hard to do in American politics these days.”
Of course, this could not have been further from the truth. Indeed, Biden was forced out of his own 2024 presidential campaign after his apparent cognitive decline was put on full display to the world during his first and ultimately only debate against Donald Trump back and June.
Up until that point, the Biden campaign had alleged that any claims that the president was not cognitively sound were nothing more than rightwing conspiracy theories. Once they could no longer cover for Biden when he was alone on the debate stage, however, his apparent mental failings were painfully obvious to even the most devoted of liberals.
The Democratic establishment then launched a campaign to pressure Biden to drop out of the race. He held out as long as he could, but he finally gave in in July. Within hours, Biden had been replaced in the race by his own Vice President, Kamala Harris, who would go on to lose handily to Trump.
Sounds like one big “scandal” to us, Joe!

In the end, Biden’s continued lies and incompetence only cement him as one of the worst presidents of all time. We can’t wait to get this clown out of the White House for good!
