Biden Flips On Major U.S. Ally – This Betrayal Might Send Us To War

President Biden has been criticized in the past over his frequently changing opinions. As Russia mounted troops outside Ukraine, he said that America would not intervene. Days later, he reversed that stance—but it was too late. Biden previously was a moderate, but in recent years, has flipped to support far-left, progressive policies.

But recently, he appears to have changed his stance over an endangered ally. The president previously vowed to defend this nation. Now, a flip-flop could put the whole region—and the world—at risk.

From The Post Millennial:
On Saturday, President Joe Biden said that of the United States, “We do not support independence” for Taiwan after the country voted for Lai Ching-te as its new president…

President Biden stated unequivocally in May 2022 that the US would defend Taiwan militarily if China attempted to take over its territory. “That’s the commitment we made,” he said.

Taiwan recently elected a pro-independence president, Lai Ching-te. This came after China threatened the nation saying the election was between “war and peace.” Now, President Biden has seemingly abandoned Taiwan, despite the U.S.’s longstanding relationship with the nation.

Biden said America does not support an independent Taiwan. Yet previously, he vowed military support for Taiwan if China tried to invade it. The communist regime has long claimed Taiwan belonged to it.

But the country continues to threaten to annex Taiwan by force. This could be a massive problem for the rest of the world, as Taiwan is a major technology manufacturer. Some experts claim China wants to take over Taiwan, so it can assume greater control over the production of computers and other devices.

Biden’s lack of support for Taiwan comes at a devastating time. He had previously failed to support Ukraine, a nation friendly to the U.S., greenlighting Russia’s invasion. Now, critics will no doubt accuse Biden of allowing China to invade Taiwan, over this statement.

Many have questioned Biden’s loyalty to the communist state. Some have suggested Biden is doing the bidding of China, due to the large sums of money Chinese companies have given to his family. Biden has gone notoriously soft on China, even after it committed human rights violations, spied on the U.S., and continues to threaten war.

Key Takeaways:

  • Biden appeared to flip on support for Taiwan, saying the U.S. does not support its independence.
  • This comes as China threatens to annex the nation by force.
  • The president previously promised to defend Taiwan, if China attacked it.
