But if that was the true motivation of these trials, it seems Democrats are failing.

Recent polls revealed Trump beating Biden in several key states. And now, a national poll has been released that is making Biden’s top strategists very nervous.

The Dailymail.com/JL Partners poll found that American likely voters preferred Trump over all other candidates, at 40 percent. Biden came in second with 36 percent support, Robert F Kennedy Jr at 4 percent, and Cornell West at 1 percent. 18 percent of voters were still undecided.

In a head-to-head matchup, Trump has widened his lead over Biden, taking in 46 percent of the support compared to 43 percent for Biden.

Yet another national poll shows Trump in the lead against Biden and third-party candidates. In a four-way matchup, Trump wins with 40 percent of the poll. When it is between Trump and Biden, he has a larger lead.

These poll numbers come as a surprise to many so-called political experts. Many were unsure if Trump could overcome the obstacles between him and the White House. But it seems every time Democrat prosecutors or courts do something against him, his stock goes up with voters.

Democrats also appear to be worrying about the rising popularity of third-party presidential candidates. Especially Robert F. Kennedy Jr.
