Arizona County Sued for Failing to Remove Illegal Aliens from Their Voter Rolls

It’s become disturbingly clear that it is easier than ever for noncitizens to vote in our elections. This is incredibly disturbing, given that the stakes of this presidential election have never been higher.

It should go without saying that taxpaying American citizens should be the only ones who have a say in American elections. Sadly, this is simply no longer the case. Welcome to Joe Biden’s America, folks!

Thankfully, American citizens are starting to fight back. One Arizona county has just been hit with a lawsuit for allegedly refusing to purge illegal aliens from voter rolls. This lawsuit was filed by the America First Legal Foundation against Maricopa County Recorder Stephen Richer (R).

From The Blaze:
A copy of the lawsuit, obtained by the Daily Caller News Foundation, claimed that Richer and his office have “ignored” maintenance requirements for county recorders. It noted that in 2022, the state lawmakers adopted “stricter voter list” requirements to ensure the removal of foreign citizens. The adopted laws require monthly reviews of local voter rolls and comparisons with federal databases to verify citizenship status.
“[Richer] has failed to take the actions required by law to ensure that foreign citizens are removed from Maricopa County’s voter rolls,” the lawsuit read.
Founder of AFL and former senior advisor to President Donald Trump Stephen Miller told the DCNF, “America First Legal is leading the charge to keep illegal aliens from voting in 2024.”
“Maricopa County, in direct violation of state law, is refusing to remove illegal alien voters from the rolls,” Miller stated. “We are taking decisive action: suing Maricopa County for unlawfully permitting illegal aliens and foreign citizens to interfere in the 2024 election.”

Over 1% Of Likely Voters In Battleground States Are Not Citizens

Meanwhile, a disturbing new Rasmussen Reports survey found that just over 1% of likely voters in battleground states, including Arizona, admitted that they are not citizens. The race between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris is so tight that this could be enough to decide the outcome.

It doesn’t get much more terrifying than that!

Illegal aliens have absolutely no business voting in American elections. Indeed, if they can’t even be bothered to go the legal route towards becoming taxpaying American citizens, they shouldn’t have a say in who our leaders are. It’s as simple as that.

Democrats can pretend that their efforts to allow noncitizens to vote are about human rights, but it’s really just about their own self-interests. The left knows that millions of real Americans have turned on them, so they’ve resorted to making it so that non-citizens can vote in a desperate attempt to stay in power.

More from The Blaze:
According to the New York Post, Arizona is one of at least 46 states that does not require documented proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections. Those seeking to register must only check a box claiming they are citizens. Proof of citizenship is required to vote in state or local elections in Arizona.

Now more than ever, it is crucial that noncitizens not be permitted to vote in American elections. We can only hope that more efforts like this lawsuit are made all over the country to stop illegal aliens from voting. The future of America as we know it may just depend on them.

Key Takeaways:

  • Arizona county sued for allegedly refusing to purge illegal aliens from its voter rolls.
  • Over 1% of likely voters say they are noncitizens.
  • 46 states don’t require documented proof of citizenship to register to vote in federal elections.
