Anti-Trump Prosecutor Hit with Shocking Charge – She’s Accused of 1 Scandalous Act

Among the many trials leveled against Donald Trump, one has come from prosecutors out of Atlanta, GA. A Democrat county DA, Fani Willis, has charged Trump and many of his allies with trying to overturn the 2020 Election.

The case has been heavily criticized by people, as Willis had a history of slandering Trump long before filing charges.

Others pointed out whether a state prosecutor can even bring these charges against a former president. Now, the case has hit another snag. Willis might be guilty of wrongdoing. And it might cost her the entire case.

From The Post Millennial:
On Monday, a defendant in former President Donald Trump’s Georgia election fraud case filed a motion alleging that one of the prosecutors hired by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis had been in a romantic relationship with her. The same prosecutor also met with President Joe Biden’s White House Counsel before indicting Trump, Biden’s leading presidential opponent.

A defendant in Trump’s Georgia case, Michael Roman, has alleged that one of the prosecutors hired by DA Willis was in a romantic relationship with her. On top of that, this person also met with President Biden’s White House Counsel.

These could amount to conflicts of interest that might lead to the judge throwing out the case.

Files reveal that Nathan Wade has been paid nearly $654,000 by Willis since 2022. Yet evidence suggests he has engaged “in an improper, clandestine personal relationship” with the county district attorney.

On top of that Willis may have purchased trips for them to Napa Valley, Florida, and the Caribbean—using funds from her office account. Wade met with White House Counsel on May 23 and November 18, 2022—just before Willis indicted Donald Trump. Trump had already announced his re-election bid.

It’s unclear what might happen, as a result of this report. The court might rule that Willis’s case is biased or that she violated the law with this relationship. If that is true, it might result in this case being dismissed, a massive win for Roman and perhaps Trump as well.

Many experts have discussed the possible consequences of the many charges against Donald Trump. Some have suggested he will not be able to hold office if he is convicted. Others have attacked Democrats, claiming all these cases are politically motivated and illegitimate.

Key Takeaways:

  • The Georgia prosecutor going after Trump has been hit with a charge.
  • A defendant has accused her of hiring a romantic partner as a prosecutor.
  • The claim accuses Fani Willis of possibly using office funds for romantic getaways.
