News has come out today that China is calling for tariffs on United States imports.
Some are fearing a trade war after Trump’s earlier demands on Chines steel and aluminum. Liberals, as you can imagine, are blaming the President.
Yet Trump is sticking to his guns that he’s putting American industries and workers first.
Rasmussen has polled Americans, and no one could have expected such a change in Trump’s approval rating.

This is the president’s best overall job approval rating since April of last year. President Obama earned a 46{75726800c12fe2ebed14402fd98444a61f7eda42751f92330bc58faf20bd8821} job approval rating on April 4, 2010, his second year in office.
Another amazing number came out of this report. Fifty-two percent of voters believe that the media is trying to block President Trump’s agenda. Compare that to the forty-eight percent who said the media was helping Obama in 2010.
Despite what the left tries to do, Americans know better. We know that Trump is fighting to put Americans first. The media, for all its efforts, just try to hinder him. For almost a month major news outlets gushed over a story about a porn star. They pushed it, hoping that it would hurt the President.
Once again, Americans showed them they don’t care about their slander.
Even with news that China is blistering, Americans are backing Trump. They agree with the President when he says we are at a $500 billion deficit. Add to that $300 billion lost to China, thanks to intellectual property theft.
Clearly China has a lot to lose if America stood up to their practices. Their tariffs won’t change the fact that they need the massive amounts of food and crops they buy from us. On the other hand, we have American companies that can replace Chinese products.
Now imagine how Trump’s approval would be, if the media were honest? There is a portion of the country that only believes CNN or the New York Times. They believe Trump is doing poorly, thanks to their fake news.
If they only reported a fraction of the good he’s doing, his approval would be out of this world.
