The GOP debate that aired this week was watched by many Americans. And not just Republicans! Democrats tuned it, possibly terrified to see so many candidates ready to take down Joe Biden. And old Joe was watching too. Or, better put, someone with access to his X account.
During the major, primetime event, Joe Biden’s social account posted a video of the candidates. The looped footage showed them raising their hands. But the accompanying text was not from the debate. Biden’s account posted an obviously deceptive video to his millions of followers. And users are blasting him for lying.
President Joe Biden lied in social media posts about the questions posed to Republican presidential candidates in Wednesday night’s first primary debate, creating a false set of questions in a fake video.
Biden’s questions were: “Raise your hand if you’ll ban abortion”; “Raise your hand if you’ll cut Social Security”; raise your hand if you’re a climate denier”; “Raise your hand if you’re going to support Trump.”

How pathetic is that? Biden’s account posted a video with text that was not from the debate. If you didn’t know better, you’d actually believe the candidates were raising their hands to these questions.
The footage was taken out of context and manipulated to say something that it didn’t. Yet X has not demanded Biden take down the video, nor is there a note calling out its deceptive claims.
So much for honesty and integrity in Elon Musk’s Twitter, huh?
Democrats continue to try to trample your First Amendment rights to battle “disinformation” or “misinformation.” Yet Biden flagrantly posts an obviously false video–and thinks he can get away with it.
Users criticized Biden’s dishonesty, however. Comments beneath the video were quick to remind Joe of his many failures since entering office. And others discussed how the video was faked.
Even the text above the video was dishonest. Biden called the candidates “one united, MAGA ideology.” This has been a lie spread by Biden and Democrats for years. They claim they are against only “MAGA” Republicans. But then they call all Republicans “MAGA.”
The “unity” president is doing nothing but dividing Americans with wild claims. As usual, Biden and his cohorts think they can say whatever they want and get away with it. Only if articles like ours are spread, will people know the truth.
- Joe Biden’s X account posted a deceptively edited video from the GOP debate.
- The video shows candidates raising their hands to things that were not said.
- Neither Musk nor his social network has labeled this video properly.
