Instead, this company hurt itself, by going extremely “woke.” Disney has seen a massive drop in success after it started a war with conservative families and Republican-led Florida.

It’s not only their movies and streaming service that has declined. Reports are coming in that Disney theme parks are experiencing shocking drops in attendance. Perhaps this has something to do with cross-dressing men pretending to be fairy godmothers? And Gov. DeSantis had some tough words for Disney.

Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) said Monday that he believes that Disney’s “woke” agenda is “impacting” ticket sales to their theme parks.

As a father of young children, the Florida governor said he believes children should be able to go to school and watch cartoons “without having an agenda shoved down their throat.”

Ron DeSantis, who is running for the GOP presidential nomination, said that Disney’s woke agenda is turning off visitors to their theme parks. Disney theme parks are almost exclusively geared toward young children. Yet its recent woke agenda, of injecting far-left politics into its content, could be discouraging parents from bringing their kids.

Honestly, it’s hard to get any parent to drop thousands of dollars for Mickey Mouse-shaped hats and long lines. The average cost of a trip to Disney World is over $5,000. How many parents want to drop that kind of money, just so their children can be brainwashed by transgenders?

Disney’s souring reputation was going to impact their parks. The “woke” executives in Los Angeles have vowed to push LGBT characters in all of Disney’s content. Kids can’t even enjoy a ride in the Tea Cups, without being bombarded by woke nonsense.

We’ve been seeing Disney’s decline for some time. The company is losing money and has even laid off thousands of employees. But we haven’t seen them wake up and turn this ship around. When will Disney stop pushing woke politics are go back to just entertaining families?
