After Biden Tries to Blame Inflation on “Fees” – Joe Ends Up Admitting His Biggest Failure

We can choose from quite a few glaring failures when discussing Biden’s “worse” mistake. But most Americans will either say the border crisis or the wrecked economy. In reality, these two are closely related—as the millions of migrants let into the country are taking jobs, housing, and other resources.

But Biden is directly responsible for a major problem affecting every American household. No matter how you slice it, he triggered this problem and is currently making it worse.

No presidency has been this blind to such an obvious and painful problem. The president recently discussed it in an interview. He tried to blame the ongoing misery on an odd source. But he still ended up admitting the real problem… that he seems unable to solve.

From Breitbart:
During an interview with Nexstar Media that took place on Tuesday and was released on Wednesday, President Joe Biden stated that inflation “is being stubborn and not going down to the 2% we need. But, it’s significantly different,” than where it was and “the thing that really affects people’s lives are all the small things that add up to big numbers for people, all these junk fees.”…

Elsewhere in the interview, Biden said that raising taxes on the wealthy would raise a lot of revenue, controlling corporate profits will lower the price of things like eggs, and small things make a big impact on ordinary people and that’s what has to be worked on.

During an interview with Nexstar, Biden was asked about the inflation. Assuming his answers were pre-written (as they almost always are these days), Biden claimed inflation was being caused by “small things.” He then used the example of something called “junk fees.”

Biden did not seem to elaborate on what “junk fees” are. But it seems he is blaming four years of historically bad and painful inflation—caused by his policies—on companies charging consumers unnecessary fees.

This is common with Biden. He previously blamed high gas prices on local gas stations who refuse to lower prices. He seemed to ignore the fact that gas prices are affected by state-mandated taxes and fees, not to mention the availability of oil (which he crippled with his green agenda).

Despite blaming companies for inflation, he managed to admit that inflation is “being stubborn and is not going down.” Uh… yeah inflation is stubborn when the president spends billions of dollars on Ukraine, refuses to prevent migrants from taking jobs, and directly contributes to costs going up on nearly every product.

Biden has not taken moves to lower prices. Instead, he has thrown tax dollars at “green” programs, which has done nothing to affect inflation. The very basics of the economy seem to elude his grasp. Because of this, inflation is being very stubborn.

Key Takeaways:

  • President Biden blamed inflation on “junk fees” but failed to explain.
  • He admitted that inflation is being “stubborn” but refused to take responsibility for it.
  • Inflation was triggered soon after Biden entered office and was made worse by many of his decisions.
