Hours After Swing State Judge Strikes Trump Charges – New Report Shows Surprise 2024 Result

This week, Donald Trump became the official nominee for president of the Republican Party. Plus, he got some more good news. The judge overseeing the criminal case against him in Georgia tossed out several of the charges.

The judge struck a huge blow in the progressive prosecutor’s case, stating she made accusations against Trump without specific examples.

This case could be thrown out entirely or resulted in a mistrial—both huge wins for Trump. And now, hot off this good news, a Georgia election poll just came out. And Biden has good reason to worry.

From Breitbart:
Former President Donald Trump enters the general election leading President Joe Biden in Georgia by three points, according to a CBS News/YouGov poll.

The poll, which includes leaners and was published Tuesday, finds that 51 percent of 1,133 registered voters sampled in the Peach State back Trump for the presidency in a head-to-head race with Biden, who takes 48 percent of support. The 45th president’s advantage falls just within the plus or minus 3.9 percent margin of error.

A new poll out of Georgia shows Trump beating Biden by 3 points. While some might suspect Trump would have a much larger lead in a red state, this liberal-leaning poll still shows him with an advantage over Biden.

Trump’s lead grows even larger among independent voters. While the main poll might have oversampled Democrats, the media could not hide how independent voters thought of Joe, when asked separately.

Biden is losing to Trump in Georgia among independent voters by double digits. Trump is winning 53-42. This will come as no surprise to anyone who has been following Biden’s presidency.

Georgia has not been immune to Biden’s inflationary policies. Being a Southern state, it might have been impacted much more by the border crisis than other states.

More voters in Georgia believe a second Trump term would benefit them more than a second Biden term. During Trump’s first term in office, the economy was soaring and wages were growing.

The opposite has happened under Biden, who has allowed over 7 million migrants into the country—who are competing for jobs, housing, and other resources.

Key Takeaways:

  • A new Georgia poll shows Trump defeating Biden by 3 points.
  • Trump’s lead jumps into double digits when only independents are polled.
  • Trump lost Georgia to Biden in 2020, by a small margin.
