Blue State Judge Drops Historic Trump Decision – Now the Supreme Court Must Act Fast

If anyone has any doubt about what Democrats are trying to do this election, they should look no further than this report. From the moment Trump announced his candidacy, forces have been arrayed against him.

Biden’s FBI raided his house over paperwork. Four criminal cases have been thrown at him, not to mention a damning civil trial.

And two liberal-run states moved to strike him off the ballot. Who are the true “threats” to democracy? The Supreme Court will decide if Democrats can remove Trump from state ballots. But just before the case is settled, a notoriously leftist state makes its move.

From The Sun:
A JUDGE has ruled that Donald Trump should be booted from the primary ballot in Illinois as the Supreme Court has yet to decide whether states can stop him from being listed as a candidate.

Judge Tracie Porter of Illinois’ Cook County made the decision on Wednesday as the nation’s highest court debates if Trump should be disqualified from running for president after the attack on the US Capitol on January 6, 2021.

Yet another liberal state decided to remove Trump from the ballots. Dozens of lawsuits—in nearly every state—have been launched by anti-Trump figures to remove him from the ballot. Their arguments depend on the claim that Trump is an insurrectionist.

Despite any court of law ruling him guilty of this claim, an Illinois judge just decided to strike Trump from primary ballots. This is especially alarming since primary elections are decided by state parties, not courts. Yet this judge appears to be pushing the left’s narrative, that Trump is guilty until proven innocent.

The Supreme Court heard arguments over this issue recently. Even liberal justices appeared skeptical over claims that Trump should be removed from ballots. But the court has yet to make a decision, as the Colorado primary nears.

Should the court decide states can remove people from ballots, Trump’s reelection chances might be shot. Nearly every blue or swing state will decide to kick him off the ballot, removing Americans’ right to decide their candidate.

It might prevent Trump from winning in 2024, but it will outrage millions of Americans—both liberal and conservative. And it will solidify in many people’s minds the idea that Democrats are trying to steal our democracy.

Key Takeaways:

  • A judge in Illinois ruled to remove Trump from primary ballots.
  • This comes as the Supreme Court is deciding on this very issue.
  • Three liberal states have kicked Trump off their ballots, sparking outrage across America.
