Trump Fires Off Jaw-Dropping 2024 Warning – And it Could Finally End Nikki Haley’s Bid

Former President Donald Trump has won both primary battles in Iowa and New Hampshire. He is leading in the GOP primaries, as we head to the next round of voting. The only rival he has left is former UN ambassador Nikki Haley.

Haley managed to win nine delegates in New Hampshire, stirring up hopes among her supporters that she can still defeat Trump.

But more and more Republicans are getting behind Donald. And the former president just issued a stern warning to those still donating to Haley’s campaign. If they listen, it could sink her chances here and now.

From Daily Wire:
“I knew Nikki well, she was average at best, is not the one to take on World Leaders, and she never did,” he continued. “That was up to me, and that is why they respected the United States. When I ran for Office and won, I noticed that the losing Candidate’s ‘Donors’ would immediately come to me, and want to ‘help out.’ This is standard in Politics, but no longer with me. Anybody that makes a ‘Contribution’ to Birdbrain, from this moment forth, will be permanently barred from the MAGA camp. We don’t want them, and will not accept them, because we Put America First, and ALWAYS WILL!”

Donald Trump issued a statement to those big donors contributing to Haley’s campaign. He claimed that, in previous elections, losing candidates’ donors would later come to him to “help out.” He said this was common in politics, but “no longer” with him.

Trump said anyone still donating to “Birdbrain” Nikki Haley would not be welcome. They will be, he said, “permanently barred from the MAGA camp.” The former president said about these donors, “We don’t want them, and will not accept them.”

Such strong language could sour—not only donors—but possible future voters. Should Trump defeat Haley in the coming months, he will have to win over her former supporters. If Trump wishes to defeat Joe Biden, he needs every last vote. There are many Americans who will vote for Biden—failing as he is—simply to prevent Trump from winning.

But if Trump is going so strongly against Haley supporters, he might be depriving himself of votes he will need in November.

Polling in upcoming primary states, including South Carolina, strongly favors Trump. It is likely he will clinch the nomination very quickly. The real work, however, will come next—as Trump’s campaign fights to find a way to unite the GOP and pull in enough independents to sink Joe Biden.

With several strong third-party candidates appearing on the ballot this year, Trump will have a harder time forging a path to the White House. Especially if he burns bridges with Haley’s supporters.

Key Takeaways:

  • Donald Trump told Haley donors they were not welcome in his campaign.
  • He said he would not accept donations from Haley supporters moving forward.
  • Trump is leading Haley in delegates after winning Iowa and New Hampshire.
