It appears the ultra-liberal Ninth “Circus” Court had a rare moment of clarity in a recent ruling, giving conservatives an unexpected victory.
President Trump has made it clear since his election that he will stand on the side of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. He has been actively working to fill judicial vacancies with judges who share this vision, appointing many conservatives to prominent judgeships, including to the Supreme Court.
But of all the states, California has been the most resistant to embracing Trump’s call for law and order. Democratic leadership has caused the state to develop severe issues, and illegal immigrants now have more rights than American citizens.
There are many residents in California who are fed up with the direction the state is headed, and are fighting back to keep their Constitutional rights intact. President Trump’s tough rhetoric has emboldened California conservatives to come out of the shadows and make their voices heard.
The Ninth Circuit Court may now be taking notice of this cultural shift, and recently made a ruling that pleased second amendment advocates nationwide.
From Fox News:
Second Amendment activists were given a surprise boost this week when the liberal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals backed a lower court’s decision to suspend California’s ban on the possession of large magazines.
Activists, supported by the National Rifle Association, have argued that the state’s ban on ownership of magazines holding 10 bullets or more is unconstitutional. They won a preliminary injunction by a San Diego district court last year, and a three-judge panel on the Ninth Circuit backed that injunction Tuesday.
